CHP is pleased to announce that Legacy on Main Apartments will start accepting applications for its lottery-based lease-up on Monday, June 22 at 9 a.m. The initial application period will close at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. If additional applications are required to complete lease-up, Legacy on Main will announce a second lottery submission period. The community is anticipated to be ready for occupancy this fall.

ENTER THE LEGACY ON MAIN LOTTERY

To qualify for an apartment at Legacy on Main, your household income must fall within the income range shown below. Income limits vary based on household size and apartment type. Full-time students, on their own, do not qualify to live at Legacy on Main based on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LITHC) compliance regulations.

At Legacy on Main, monthly rents currently range from approximately $580 to $1,375 for two-bedroom apartments and from $660 to $1,800 for three-bedroom apartments. Actual rent amounts depend on household income, apartment type, and availability.

Applicants will be required to provide identification, proof of income, information about other assets, and other documentation and payment for any required fees.
